Syracuse University will be holding a memorial service for Britny Kabic, an SU student who died in February.

The service will be held in the main chapel of Hendricks Chapel on April 20 at 4:30 p.m., according to an email sent to students in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications by Rosanna Grassi, associate dean for student affairs in Newhouse. A reception will follow in the Nobel Room in the lower level of Hendricks.

All are welcome to attend the memorial service, the email said.

Kabic, a sophomore advertising major, died inside Walnut Hall on Feb. 13. The Department of Public Safety and the Syracuse Police Department, who worked together to investigate the incident, did not treat it as a criminal matter.
