Syracuse lands first tight end in Class of 2019

Luke Benson is the third offensive player to commit to SU in the Class of 2019.
Class of 2019 tight end Luke Benson announced his commitment to Syracuse via Twitter on Sunday night.

The six-foot-four, 220-pounder committed to Syracuse over schools such as Army, Brown and Harvard, among others. His commitment comes less than a week after announcing he received a scholarship from SU via Twitter.
The Central Bucks High School West (Pennsylvania) product is the seventh commit in SU’s Class of 2019 and the first tight end. He’s the third offensive player to commit to the Orange from that class.
