Syracuse, Miami matchup officially rescheduled

Instead of facing Miami in its Atlantic Coast Conference opener, SU fell to Wake Forest, 1-0, Friday night.
Syracuse and Miami will reschedule its game for Oct. 11 at 1 p.m. at SU Soccer Stadium, the Hurricanes announced Friday.
Due to Hurricane Irma, Miami canceled games against Charleston, Stetson and Syracuse, which was slated as the Atlantic Coast Conference opener.
Instead, the Orange and Hurricanes both lost its ACC openers Friday night to Wake Forest and Virginia, respectively.
